Agreement to Terms

By visiting our website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and that you agree to comply with these terms. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Products and Pricing

HairQure sells natural hair care products including hair growth oils, butters, mists, and silk bonnet sets. All prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars (USD).

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to:

• Correct any errors in pricing or product information at any time, even after an order has been placed.
• Change prices without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• Limit the quantity of products available for purchase.
• Discontinue any product at any time.

If we discover a pricing error on an order you have already placed, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order on HairQure, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We will send you an order confirmation email, but this does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we dispatch the products and send you a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or issues with payment verification.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and Canada. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Free shipping is available on all orders over $50 USD.
• Orders under $50 USD are subject to a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout.
• Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Customs duties and import taxes may apply for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from our website without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use such as sharing product links or screenshots on social media is permitted.

The HairQure name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of HairQure. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Product Disclaimers

HairQure products are designed for external use on hair and scalp only. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes and should not be considered medical advice.

Individual results may vary. Testimonials and before-and-after images reflect the experiences of individual customers and are not a guarantee of specific outcomes. Factors such as hair type, health conditions, and consistency of use all influence results.

If you have a known allergy or sensitivity to any ingredient, please review the full ingredient list before use. We recommend performing a patch test before first use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HairQure and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, shipping carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
